Local paper the Daily Post / North Wales Live reported eyewitness filming activity "in stifling heat" at Dinorwic Quarry, Dolbadarn Castle and Conwy Castle - all dramatic, ruin-and-stone locations that line up neatly with the Lands Between's own look. It's some of the most concrete, verifiable filming-location reporting to come out of the whole shoot.
